Baby leaf salad with strawberries, blue stilton, raspberry dressing and cracked pepper

Sliced beef tomatoes, fresh basil and shavings of parmesan

Jersey royals with quails eggs, minted broad beans and a light truffle dressing

Puy lentils, avocado, crispy bacon, almond aioli, roasted red peppers and mustard seeds

Crispy green beans, mange tout and sugar snap peas with toasted almonds
