I hope you’re well.  I just wanted to say thank you so much – the food on both days was really delicious and just what we’d hoped for and enough for everyone to enjoy with everything clearly labelled so people who were looking for particular foods to enjoy (or avoid) could find them easily.  I also have to say the serving staff were wonderful – attentive, smiley and helpful throughout the conference.

A short note to let you know what a superb job Eduardo and his team performed at the conference in Trinity House last Thursday in being so extremely  professional and welcoming, for which thank you.  We are booked in with Zoe for September next year and trust that your firm will be able to look after us once more.

We just wanted to say thank you for all your help in organising the catering and logistics for our wedding.  We had a wonderful day and the meal was thoroughly enjoyed by all the guests.  It was also great for Kate to have an ally in terms of ensuring there was a strong Czech element to the proceedings!
